Collaboration with many types of individuals in the workplace is not always that simple. Your colleagues, managers and clients all have different abilities and preferences which can often create lots of conflict and stress. This reduces engagement and productivity and increases the loss of talent and clients. In order to manage your emotions when dealing with other people, you must have a high level of emotional intelligence. Emotional Intelligence (EI) is the ability to be aware of your emotions, and the emotions of others, in the moment and to use that information to manage yourself and manage your relationships. In this practical, hands on workshop, you will gain the skills and to develop strong relationships with colleagues, managers and clients as well as reduce stress and conflict for higher engagement and productivity.
